Coach Neil Douglas from LA Run&Lift
On Saturday, September 22nd, Coach Neil Douglas from LA Run&Lift will join us at the totem pole. LA Run&Lift is a private training and coaching service where Neil trains highly competitive athletes, athletes looking to lose weight, ultra marathoners and clients with Cerebral Palsy or other medical conditions. Neil’s goal is to make people healthier and more efficient, ultimately to help make them the masterpiece they are capable of becoming. Don’t miss his special presentation!
Last Day of LARC / First Day of LARR
Just a reminder that Saturday, September 22nd is the last Saturday at the totem pole until the holidays, as we transition over to start training for the LA Marathon with the LA Road Runners (LARR). The first day of LARR is Saturday, September 29th, meeting at Short Avenue Elementary School located at 12814 Maxella Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90066. Training starts at 6:45 am. If you've never run a marathon before, training with LARR will definitely get you over the finish line! We hope you will join us!
